Most returns over the past three years are because the chosen size was too big for the customer. When you try on the pants for the first time, pull them down so they don't bunch up in the legs, then cuff to the length you'd like to wear them (we call this the yank and cuff!). If they are baggy around the tummy and bottom, it's the wrong size for you.
The Suzie ponte pants are a streamlined jogger pant style. They'll only fall low in the crutch if you wear them on your hips.
There are pockets that don't poke out. The waistband is elasticated and there is a drawstring you can use to tighten further around the waist. Yes, the elastic in the waistband might "roll" as you wear and sit down in them. It's purposely not stitched in for superior comfort.
Depending on your calf width, the pants might fit like a legging or like a slim leg pant. They will not feel uncomfortable.
